Sherr & Vaughn, LLP is in search of a highly qualified and skilled senior patent/trademark attorney who can work independently. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of extensive experience in patent and/or trademark preparation, prosecution and opinion drafting. Experience as a USPTO patent or trademark examiner, while not required, is a plus.
