Profile:

Mr. Lee has experience in the prosecution of foreign and U.S. patents and due diligence analysis on patentability, validity and infringement.   His technical expertise covers the areas of semiconductor devices, display devices and/or wired and wireless communication technology as well as software and data networking.

Prior to practicing in the US, Mr. Lee worked in Korea as a Korean patent attorney for numerous Japanese and Korean companies in both prosecution and litigation aspects.  As a native Korean, he also speaks native-level Japanese, as well as English.
