Mr. Rodriguez is involved in all aspects of patent law, including patent procurement and counseling, with an emphasis on patent prosecution and opinions regarding infringement, enforceability, validity and claim construction.
Mr. Rodriguez has biochemical experience including researching the role of specific cellular receptors in the activation of the stress-responsive hypothalamic-pituitary-adrenal (HPA) axis. Mr. Rodriguez has chemical engineering experience including researching metal oxide nanomaterials for the electrochemical detection of redox targets and researching carbon nanotube hybrid MOS-based biochemical sensors functionalized with DNA. Mr. Rodriguez has computer network engineering experience including managing the telecommunications equipment and systems of a major stock exchange having packet and circuit switched communications, routers and switches, and industrial protocols. Mr. Rodriguez has legal experience including working on a variety of patent and trademark prosecution and litigation matters at an intellectual property law firm in Connecticut.
